Bacilos makes Mayakoba’s public vibrate

Mayakoba, Quintana Roo, May 24, 2025 – Bacilos came to rock the MEXICO Riviera Maya Open at Mayakoba.

The group performed in the LPGA tournament’s fan zone to offer a concert to the attendees, captivating them with their rhythmic melodies.

A stage with a giant screen in the background showing images of the singer and allowing to observe every detail of what he and his musicians were doing was the center of attention for a little over an hour.

Regardless of whether or not they were Bacilos fans, the audience was infected by the good vibes and energy emanating from the stage.

When they performed “Yo no sé mañana”, a song made famous by salsa singer Luis Enrique, there was no shortage of people dancing with their partners. And with “Las notas de mi psicóloga” some seemed to recall certain personal experiences.

As soon as the violin notes began to play, the audience let out a cry of excitement, because they knew it was time to listen to “Tabaco y Chanel”, one of the group’s emblematic melodies. And the “no se va, no se va, no se va, no se va, no se olvida”, of the chorus was sung by the whole audience.

The ecstasy was at its peak with “Mi primer millón”, and Jorge Villamizar, singer of the group, asked the people to raise their fist in the air, with an incredible response. It was the perfect preamble to perform “Caraluna”, one of the group’s most listened songs. This was the closing of a concert in which the musicians achieved a perfect connection with their audience.

Villamizar said goodbye with a “¡Viva México!”, thanking the audience for their affection and for the show.
