Isabella Fierro announced as first invitee to the LPGA Riviera Maya Open at Mayakoba
Guadalajara, Jalisco, February 14, 2025 – In an effort to boost her professional career, golfer Isabella Fierro has partnered with GS Sports Management in an agreement through which the company will represent the young athlete worldwide.
Gustavo Santoscoy García, CEO of GS Sports Management, explained that this marks a new phase for the company, now alongside Isabella. “Our intention is to support her on the commercial side, help her continue her sports career in the right way, and do whatever we can to assist her in remaining successful. It’s also worth noting that she has received the first official invitation to the Riviera Maya Open,” he stated.
The representation agreement includes providing various services to Isabella’s team, “from assisting with her travel itinerary, securing sponsorships, connecting her with brands, promoting her globally so she can attract commercial interest and continue growing as both an athlete and a person. We also bring experience in the world of sports events, which will be extremely valuable for her development,” he added.
The agreement has no set end date, as the goal is to work together for the long term, Santoscoy García said.
Fierro expressed her excitement about the partnership and shared what made her accept it without hesitation.
“One thing that instantly clicked with me was how they showed interest in me as a person, more than just as an athlete. Nowadays, it’s easy for sports to define who you are, but at GS Sports, they introduced me to the whole team, and I know each of them will be there to support me. I also know they are eager to learn. The fact that they brought women’s golf back to Mexico proves it,” she said.
In this regard, Gustavo Santoscoy Arriaga, CEO of GS Sports Management, emphasized that Isabella embodies the values the company stands for—people committed to always giving their best. “Our goal is to continue growing in the sports industry. Now that we are part of the LPGA, we believe it’s essential to support future stars, and Isabella is one of them. She’s already a success story, having played on the LPGA Tour, and we’ll keep supporting her with our infrastructure. I hope we can achieve great milestones in her career.”
Fierro earned her first professional win at the Tuscaloosa Toyota Classic, part of the Epson Tour (the LPGA’s developmental tour), in October 2023. Last year, she also competed on the LPGA Tour.
